We love Outback's steak rub and have come up with a "copycat" that we use at home. Our preferred method of cooking is to sear the steak in a hot pan, with butter. Of course you can also grill it.

4 tsp paprika
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp coriander
