Lots of juicing going on around here! I really miss having a warm dinner when I do a lot of juicing, so this was the perfect way to feel like I had eaten a warm meal, and it was still all juice!
Vegetable Juice Soup
6-7 medium Tomatoes
2 stalks Celery
2-3 cloves Garlic
7-8 Carrots
Slice of Onion
Juice all together and heat just until warm (so it's not cooked to death, killing all the good enzymes from the fresh juice). Add salt and pepper, basil and oregano as desired.
