Paradise Point Bushwacker

Last summer, my parents took our family on a Caribbean Cruise! It was lovely. One of the stops was St. Thomas where we rode the Skyride to Paradise Point. We also enjoyed our first Bushwackers there. Yum! When we got home we had to figure out how to replicate that.  It was pretty shocking to see that it's actually just alcohol, and it was too strong for us so we add some milk and/or cream as well. 

Recipe:

Paradise Point Bushwacker

2 parts dark rum
6 parts Baileys
4 parts Amaretto
4 parts Kahlua
2 parts vodka
4 parts dark Creme of Cacao

That is all liquor! (if 1 part = 1 oz)

Blend with crushed ice, and add milk and/or cream as well to taste if you like. Top with whipped cream & sprinkle with a little nutmeg. Enjoy!

(For 2 good size servings, we use a Tablespoon for each "part")

Buying the ingredients for this recipe is not a cheap trip to the liquor store, that's for sure.
